Sharon knows the corporate world.  For many years she worked as an office manager and an assistant event coordinator.  Her corporate jobs didn't create space for her mental health and ultimately lead to burnout. 

She knew it didn't have to be like this so she left for India where she became a certified yoga instructor and meditation guide, turned to Taoism in China, and became a hypnotist. 

She found a new passion for introducing mindfulness into the corporate landscape to improve focus, productivity, and well-being.
